Great spot for exploring Tokyo! We spent our first 3 nights in Japan at the Pencil house and it worked out great for us. We have two small children, and my wife’s adult brother was traveling with us. The house is compact but there was plenty of room for us, and the location in Shinjuku was close enough to the major stations to get around easily but far enough away to be quiet.
